A 5 Day Relax-Action Lab For Coworking Collectives & Creative Teams
This immersive week is a live intervention designed for creative teams, collectives, and people shaping new ways of working together. Through mindfulness, sound, and authentic expression, participants are supported to relax, release tension, and increase awareness of how they relate and collaborate in real time.
Across the week, daily sessions support nervous system regulation and create conditions for more conscious ways of working to emerge, supporting clearer communication, deeper connection, and collective wellbeing. This is not a retreat, but a reset that evolves how you live, relate, create, and collaborate together.

Rachel Butt of wondrousound is a meditator, artist, and advocate for inner harmony and collective wellbeing. Through mindfulness, sound, and facilitation, I support individuals and teams to harmonise body-mind, support authentic expression, and activate collective potential.
